Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how THE366WAY LLC, doing business as IGrind366 (“IGrind366,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit igrind366.com, shop with us, join our email list, contact us, or otherwise interact with our online services.

At a glance
We collect what you provide when you shop, subscribe, or contact us, plus technical data needed to run the site. We use it to fulfill orders, communicate with you, improve the Services, and meet legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time and may have additional privacy rights based on where you live.

1. Information we collect

We collect personal information in three main ways: when you give it to us, when the website collects it automatically, and when service providers send it to us so we can operate the store.

Information you provide

Orders and checkout. When you buy apparel, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, size or product selections, and payment-related information. Squarespace and its integrated payment provider process checkout. We generally receive order and transaction details, but not necessarily your complete payment-card number.

Email signups and promotions. When you subscribe through the footer newsletter form or the 10%-off welcome popup, we collect your email address and information connected with your subscription or discount.

Contact form and messages. When you contact us, we collect the first name, last name, email address, subject, message, and any other information you choose to include.

Customer service. We collect information you provide when asking about an order, return, exchange, product, or other issue.

Information collected automatically

Squarespace hosts the website and may automatically collect technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Services. This can include:

Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate location derived from it;

browser, device, operating system, and network information;

pages viewed, links clicked, referral pages, dates, times, and interactions; and

cookie identifiers and similar technical information.

The exact information collected can depend on your device, browser settings, cookie choices, and the Squarespace features enabled on the site.

2. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

process payments, confirm orders, arrange shipping, and provide order updates;

THE366WAY

respond to contact-form submissions and customer-service requests;

send newsletters, promotions, and the welcome discount when you opt in;

manage subscriptions and honor unsubscribe requests;

operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and store;

understand site traffic and how visitors use the Services;

detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;

maintain business, tax, accounting, and transaction records;

comply with law, court orders, and valid government requests; and

protect our rights, property, customers, and others.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies to run the site. Depending on the site settings, these technologies may be used for essential functions, security, shopping-cart and checkout features, preferences, analytics, and marketing.

You can manage available choices through the site’s cookie banner and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may cause parts of the Services—such as checkout, saved preferences, or the shopping cart—to work differently or not work at all. Essential cookies may remain active because they are needed to provide the Services.

4. How we share information

We may disclose personal information in the following situations:

Squarespace. Squarespace provides the website, commerce, checkout, newsletter signup, email-marketing, analytics, and cookie features used by the Services. It processes information on our behalf and may also process information under its own terms and privacy notices.

Commerce and operations providers. We may share information with integrated payment providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, professional advisers, and other vendors as reasonably needed to process orders, deliver products, operate the business, or provide support.

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is required by law or needed to respond to legal process, enforce our agreements, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect people, property, and rights.

Business changes. Information may be reviewed or transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where required.

At your direction. We may share information when you ask us to, consent to it, or intentionally interact with a third-party feature or service.

“IGrind366 does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.” If advertising pixels or additional analytics tools are added, we will update this section and provide any legally required opt-out method.

5. Email marketing and your choices

If you join our email list through the footer form or welcome popup, we may send brand updates, product announcements, and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe by using the link in any marketing email or by emailing contactus@igrind366.com.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional messages related to a purchase, shipment, account,

customer-service request, policy update, or other transaction.

6. IGrind366 Academy and Telegram

IGrind366 Academy is a financial-education community. Its main call-to-action may take you from our website to an external Telegram group. Telegram is a separate company and service. Once you follow that link or use Telegram, Telegram’s terms and privacy practices apply, not this Privacy Policy.

Information you choose to share in the group—including your Telegram profile information, posts, reactions, files, or direct messages—may be visible to Telegram, group administrators, and other members depending on the group and your settings. Avoid posting payment-card numbers, bank login information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive financial information in the group.

Review the Telegram Privacy Policy before joining. IGrind366 does not control how Telegram collects, uses, stores, or secures information under Telegram’s own service.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, complete transactions, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements.

Order records. May be kept for the period needed for customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, warranty, and legal obligations.

Marketing information. May be kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it for the mailing list, with limited records retained to honor your opt-out.

Messages and contact forms. May be kept while we respond and for a reasonable period afterward for support, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution.

Technical data. May be retained according to Squarespace settings, service terms, and operational needs.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. We also rely on Squarespace and other service providers to secure the systems they operate. No website, transmission, payment method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us promptly at contactus@igrind366.com. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords by email or through the contact form.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

ask whether we process your personal information and request access to it;

ask us to correct inaccurate personal information;

ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;

request a portable copy of certain information;

object to or limit certain processing;

withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing; and

opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, if applicable.

THE366WAY

To make a request, email contactus@igrind366.com and describe what you are requesting. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may deny or limit a request where the law allows or requires us to do so, and we will explain the reason when required. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may ask for proof of authorization and identity verification.

You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal our decision, reply to our decision email and state that you want to appeal.

10. Legal bases for certain visitors

If the laws where you live require us to identify a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following:

Contract. To process and deliver an order or take steps you request before a purchase.

Consent. For optional marketing or cookies where consent is required. You may withdraw consent, although this does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Legitimate interests. To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Services; communicate with customers; prevent fraud; and protect our business, balanced against your rights.

Legal obligations. To keep required records, respond to valid legal process, and comply with applicable law.

11. International processing

IGrind366 and its service providers may process personal information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use lawful measures intended to protect information transferred across borders.

12. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, email contactus@igrind366.com so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

13. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to websites, apps, social platforms, or services that we do not control. This includes Telegram. We are not responsible for those third parties’ privacy, security, or content. Review their policies before providing personal information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on the website and change the effective date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or ask for consent.

15. Governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory privacy rights that apply where you live are not limited by this sentence.
